Today our group had a Genealogist Jennifer Randolph come in to help us continue our research on family trees. She had a better understanding on how to navigate the information we needed about our families.

We spent our morning by traveling to the University of New Hampshire to speak with a professor who specialized in genetics. He spoke with us about how the information about DNA is collected, what we can do with it, and how it could be used professionally.

Today we learned about Nucleic Acids of DNA and how DNA is formed.

Today, we completed a lab which showed us the DNA in our saliva and a kiwi. It was really interesting to see the results!
