We started the day by walking to Tia Sophia’s for breakfast. After the amazing breakfast we went bird watching at the Randall Davey Audubon Center. We got to take amazing pictures of these beautiful birds and got to try and identify them. This one was taken through a spotting scope.

Later on in the day we went and met up with Ramsay de Give who is a New Hampton alum. He gave us a lesson in how to make portraits. He emphasized the importance of slowing down and observing, and using reflections to take advantage of multiple layers within one image. Later he brought us to the contemporary art museum called Site Santa Fe, and then we had an amazing dinner with him at Tomasitos Santa Fe.
