Day 1
Today we talked to Dave Puglisi, a news reporter from Fox 35, about shooting our shown and commercials in-between. We practice our interview skills as well as breaking up into groups and making questions for the people we will be interviewing. We then watched the Toronto Maple Leafs take on the Columbus Blue Jackets.
Day 2
Yesterday, we talked to the New York Islanders social media coordinator, who oversees all their posts and pushes merchandise and ticket sales through social media, as well as a Dallas Stars NHL scout, who sees players all over the US and internationally preparing for the NHL draft. The last person we talked to was a former maple leafs director of skills development and now Arizona coyotes scout who is based on looking at nhl teams underlooked players that would possibly be available to trade for. We shot our commercials featuring Bauer commercial as well as a 3D printer ad, and The movie Miracle reboot.
Day 3
Wednesday the 9th we got a lot done. We came in early to work with our groups on editing our videos and collecting more footage. Following suit we had an interview with Quinnipiac Strength and Conditioning coach Brijesh Patel. After a good Q&A with him we went up to the rink to interview the staff in there who specifically work with the Zamboni. After another interview we’re going to finish up with some more edit time for the videos.
