What traits and qualities are necessary to design a successful restaurant?
Students will explore what it takes to open a restaurant by visiting different types of restaurants and interviewing owners and managers of these establishments. Students will explore all the aspects to running a restaurant. They will reflect on the different types of restaurants we visit to figure out what kind of restaurant they would like to open and the food they would like to offer. Students will design their own restaurant by creating a name, logo, a layout of their restaurant, and a menu.
