Our last group of the week presented their itineraries traveling to places like Norway, Switzerland, Japan and France!
Group 4 joined us today for another day of presentations and crepe making! Group #2 (last picture) won for overall presentation and taste!
Our new group today used part of the morning to complete a blood splatter analysis to analyze how three different tools can make different splatters of blood. We used paint and posters so we could trace the pattern. Then students were asked to deduce a pattern and figure out which tool it came from.
Students continued with additional labs to work on their skills of solving a crime and had to come to a conclusion who committed the crime. To their disappoint, some of the labs left us to question which suspect it could be and more questioning would be needed to pin someone to the crime.

"Throughout the day, the project “Exploring the Spanish-speaking World” explored many different components of Hispanic culture. This included different foods, typical beverages, songs, and dances. To begin, we discussed and spoke about our experiences with the culture. Then we watched a show called "Taco Chronicles" and ate some different treats.
After, we took three dance classes with three different local teachers.
Towards the end of the day we had a fiesta which included a piƱata, the
limbo and tasty tacos. We had a great first day and can’t wait for the
rest of project week." - Abby Tattersal
After learning about the Michelin Guide, the students presented their project about a weekend getaway to the location of their choice. The requirement was to choose restaurants with a Michelin Star rating.
