Preheating

The Art and Science of Baking will start the week with a day of cookies. We will test three different chocolate chip cookie recipes, a shortbread, a rugelach, and a cookie with a twist. The bakers will learn about weighing vs. measuring dry ingredients, as well as the importance of the temperature their butter!
