We had an eye opening day at Sweet Paws Rescue! They had received a transport of approximately 30 dogs from Mississippi and Alabama over the weekend and were busy getting them ready to be picked up by the foster families. We were able to help out with some important tasks and also spent some quality social time with the dogs. We're headed back tomorrow for some heavy duty cleaning and to spend time learning about how transports are arranged and other aspects of animal rescue. No pictures from today due to some restrictions, but stay tuned for photos tomorrow!
