Well, it’s official, we finally made it. Breakfast this morning consisted of fresh fruits, coffee, and banana pancakes. Then we decided to take a group trip to the “la playa”.

At the beach there were many different activities that we all participated in. There were a lot of iguanas at the beach.

Many people enjoyed surfing, laying in the sun and lounging in the hammocks. Nobody walked away with out getting a sunburn unfortunately. Despite taking proper cautionary actions. The sunset made for a great photo opportunity as well. To top off a great day and week, we were blessed with a traditional performance by the staff and a great meal. Overall we all had an amazing week by being able to work with the kids, painting the schools for the kids, and reflect on our experiences.
