Lifeguarding: Day 3

It was CPR and First Aid day!! We learned the protocols of how to assess and begin EAp's (emergency action plans) once we have victims out of the water.

We all learned how to properly perform CPR on different aged victims.

We then went over different First Aid situations and gave presentations on them

Overall, we learned a lot about using CPR and first aid to save lives as well as prevent serious situations.
