TTCC Day 4- Faculty Children Activities and Baking Cookies

Thursday was an awesome day for our group.  After planning and getting set up all afternoon on Wednesday, the group was excited to run the activities for the faculty children.  We had a HUGE turnout in the morning, with over 20 faculty kids in the upper gym ready to play!

We began by playing musical carpets, a very inclusive game, and then transitioned into either gym games or arts and crafts.  Gym games were kickball, dodgeball, and elimination.  Crafts included miss you cards, friendship bracelets and coloring.

We had so much fun playing with the faculty kids and they all had smiles on their faces throughout the morning!

Luke and Zola work on some coloring!

Molly and Ms. Shackett held down a fun filled crafts table!  Look at all the smiles!

This kickball team was a force to be reckoned with, led by Coach Visor.  Juniper said they took home the win by a score of 1000 to 7!

1... 2... 3... Dodgeball!

In the afternoon, we went to Hannaford to purchase ingredients to make cookies for the kids at the TTCC.  We cooked all afternoon and had fun doing it.  Overall, we made over 100 cookies.  We are very excited to bring the cookies to the TTCC on Friday for an end of the week celebration with the kids!

The girls killed it in the kitchen all afternoon!

Our final day at the TTCC will be tomorrow and after a long week it will be a bittersweet ending!
