Today we met to make the pizza dough for the Project Week Symposium. Then we made a French breakfast with berry filled crepes, breakfast sausages and omelets.
Anna - to wrap up the week, we made a big breakfast including omelets, crepes, and sausage, and parfaits. Along with this we made some pizza dough for the presentation when we get back. overall it was a really great week.
Paige - On the last day, we decided to make a big breakfast of crepes, omelettes, sausage, and yogurt. We also prepared dough which we will freeze over break. We will use this for our project week presentation. Overall, it has been a really great week, learning more about cooking and becoming closer with other people in our project week group.
Brigid - Today we decided to all make breakfast. We made crepes, omelettes, and sausages. I was able to make some of the crepes and it was very cool as I had never made them before and I had fun learning how to properly cook them. Overall, I had a lot of fun this week and learned a lot of new skills that I am excited to use.
Jolee - On our last day of the week, we made breakfast for ourselves and some pizza dough for the symposium on the Friday that we come back. For breakfast we made crepes, omelettes, and sausages. We prepared many different berries, and we sat down all together and enjoyed our last meal. Overall, it has been a great week!! I've learned a lot and have made a bunch of new friends!
Elise- today was our last day, we split into two groups one to make our breakfast and the other to make pizza dough for our symposium. I was in the pizza dough group, it was fun to make it again and I think it turned out well. it was a great way to end our week and over all this week was a great first project week for me.
Alex~ Today was the last day for the Sweet and Savory crew. We made omelettes and crepes. And we actually got to enjoy them! They were so good!! After having a joy filled breakfast we all gathered around the TV. All in all, this project week was great. I'm a little sad it's over, but now I get to enjoy Spring break!
Rebecca~Today was the last day of project week and was well spent. We started the day with getting all out ingredients ready before starting to mix things together. We made omelets and crepes before setting a table up to eat. we placed toppings and silverware on the table followed by the food. After that we eat and laughed as time went on. We finished the day by watching the final episode of a baking show.
