Today culinary prodigies went shopping in Manchester and Tilton. We visited Saigon Market in Manchester to shop asian ingredients and other unique ingredients for our cook off on Friday. Bokchoi, red pepper paste, and sesame oil are some of the ingredients that we bought. After grocery shopping, we went to Tuscan Market in Salem for our lunch and have opportunity to meet the chef Anthony De Palma who was on the Chef Wanted and won to be the chef of the Tuscan Kitchen. We heard chef's stories about his life studying abroad, learning different foods from other chefs. After hearing his amazing stories we went to Market Basket to grab our final groceries.
