"Today we went to the Ninety-Nine Restaurant in Littleton, New Hampshire. Moe, the general manager, and Andrea, the assistant manager gave us a tour. We toured the kitchen, walk-in coolers and the dining rooms. They gave us good tips and ideas about starting a restaurant. The staff was very nice and polite and our food came within a reasonable time. The food was good. We learned that the Ninety-Nine's makes a lot of their food from scratch, which seemed impressive for a chain restaurant. Overall it was a good trip and we learned a lot."
