Meeting with Mr. Thompson to Begin Designs For a Restaurant on Campus

"Today Mr. Thompson, a teacher currently working in the school's music department, came into our classroom. He shared with us his experience and knowledge from the old days when he used to be in the restaurant business. We asked a few questions and he gave some wonderful suggestions. For example, he mentioned that restaurants must be children-friendly, and he talked about using a couple of trends nowadays. He mentioned some distinctions between a higher-end restaurants and a more affordable one. He taught us some ways to prevent leftover ingredients. He introduced us to some technical logistics about getting our ingredients. His advice was very helpful in building our business plan." -Wenhao L.
