Lifeguarding Day 3

It was CPR and First Aid day!! We learned the protocols of how to assess and begin EAP (emergency action plans) once we have victims out of the water.

The group practiced the Heimlich  maneuver for victims of various sizes:

The group practiced how to position unconscious victims for help;

We all learned how to properly perform CPR on different aged victims with an AED;
