Today was our second to last day of Acting for the Screen and as a group we got to explore many different sides of the acting world. In the morning our editors began editing our scene while the rest of us looked through iconic movie scenes. We talked about how they related to our competencies and what made them so iconic and compared them to our scene. Along with this, we printed out the script to the opening scene of "Mean Girls" and acted that out as well. For the rest of the morning we as a group decided we wanted to watch a movie that showed actors portraying their role and emotions well, and we chose to watch "The Imitation Game". After we finished the movie we did an exercise with writing our own scene. We learned when writing you should be an expert on what you write about, so we wrote a short scene of us filming our project week scene from "The Breakfast Club". To end the day, we all came back to the editing room and reviewed the progress on the rough cut of our scene. We are very exited to see our final product. Enjoy some pictures from editing!
