A good hole
First Fish another perch
First....Is that a fish?
Smallest of the day
Not his first, but the biggest of the day and the only pickerel.
He learned how to hold it because it has some nasty teeth
First Fish
The egg sac burst out. We learned that perch can't release their air fast enough sometimes and so the pressure will build inside. Either their gut busts open or the swim bladder comes out of their mouth.
Our guide showed us how to fillet the perch we caught, he made it look easy. Even the other guides were impressed. Thoughts of fish chowder at the end of the week!!
