Burleigh Trail - Day 3
"The first thing we did is follow the red trail down the mountain that Mr. Conkling marked.
Using many kinds of tools, we cleared brush to make room for people to be on top on Foliage Day (making space for picnic).
In the afternoon, we took down the rope course, clearing out the path, so it won’t be hazardous for the snow mobile.
We also put flagging around the wire for marking.
While working all on of this, we learned about the rocks at the same time, for example, quartz lasts longest...”
