Day 3: Yoga Meditation and the Creative Process

 

We started our day in the dining hall to practice Mindful Eating. After that, we attended Baptiste Power Yoga via Zoom. We turned the heat up in the room to match the "in person" experience. 
It was a very fast-paced, challenging and satisfying class. 
We took a shower break and came back to do a rapid fire image collage exercise. 
After lunch, we met with Lauren Wargo, NHS alum, who spoke about her practice in healing and led our group through an introductory Shamanic Journey.
