Day one of project week went great! We started our morning with introductions allowing us to get to know our peers. We then watched the movie "Queen of katwe", allowing us to get a better understanding of Ugandan culture. After having a powerful discussion about the movie, we ended off our day by preparing for our zoom Tuesday morning with The Clover School. This morning we woke up bright and early for our first zoom with The Clover School. We were able to meet with six children, ages six through ten years old. We exchanged songs and games such as charades and we had a really fun and interactive zoom call. We are excited for Thursday when we will talk to them again!
