Keeping up with the Huskies Day 5: Almost There...

Bobby and Egor are amazing and we thank them very much!

Our day started off meeting at our home base. Egor and Bobby got to work and then the rest of us got to work making cupcakes and brownies for Egor and Bobby.

We have seen some awesome clips put together of hours of filming and are still working on the final product!

We will be ready to kick off the symposium at 9:30AM!!!

Day 4 - Filming Done! Editing Begun!

Today the cast of Keeping up with the Huskies learned how to use a photoshop software on the computers in the Pubs Lab to make flyers for our episode. With tremendous help from Egor and Bobby, we finished filming and they are continuing to edit and create our amazing episode. With all this work being done we decided to take a break and go to Biederman's for lunch and bond as a group. Ending the day back in the Pubs Lab continuing to edit a bit more so we can put some of the final touches on the episode for tomorrow.

Keeping Up With The Huskies: Day 3

Today the "Keeping Up With The Huskies" crew finished their final touches on filming. We filmed the night scenes that were needed and we also started to edit the film that we have taken the past two days. We are all very excited to see the final outcome of our short reality episode.

The plan for tomorrow is to continue editing and finish as much as possible. We will also film scenes over again if that is needed. Lastly, a quick thank you to our guest star of the day ;) We are looking forward to showing everyone out production!

Day 2 - Hotline Bling

Today we started off our morning filming in the cafe after drinking a healthy and nutritional smoothie provided by the Training As An Athlete project. Next we headed over to the theater to receive a lecture from Mr. Little and Spidey about the green stakes. We don't want to give too much away so stay tuned and look forward to a surprise on Saturday morning.

Day 1 Complete - We Are Figuring Out the Life of a Filmmaker!

We began the day in our "home base", the Pubs Lab.  Our goal for the morning was to write our script and plan out the filming. It was a bit slow at first, then the ideas began flowing and our script was well on its way. Julia L., co-director, took the lead on script writing which was very helpful. Still energized, we took an hour lunch break and met back to begin filming...

The afternoon consisted of various shots, led by co-director Egor, and some highs and lows. As the afternoon progressed, we began to understand where our time should be spent and how to be more efficient with the process. We met back again after dinner to film a few scenes that needed darkness.  

Tired but psyched to continue tomorrow morning!
