Animation with The Walt Disney Family Museum - Day 1

The animation crew got up bright and early on Monday morning for the 1:00am bus over to the airport. Our flight took off at 6:00am and about 7 hours later we landed over in San Francisco. Once we got there and checked into our hotel, we took a walk around the Marina District and got some lunch. Around 4 o'clock, we went over to The Walt Disney Family Museum to start our project work. We learned about the history of the museum and started to work on our animations. We learned how to hand-draw and digitally create simple animations using light boxes, tablets, and special animation cameras. We wrapped up our day with a group dinner at Amici's Pizza before heading back to the hotel for an early night. -Connor
